t	tiziana pietroforte on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faccio un contratto super offerta e dopo 4 fatture mai pervenute ,ma pagate ,telefonando al 159 mi dicono che il contratto è un altro e per questo pago cifre superiori all offerta. Preciso che sono anche tornata al centro in questione per chiedere spiegazioni alla seconda fattura NESSUNO mi ha mai detto che avevo un altro contratto!!!! Mai più nn lo consiglio a nessuno !!!!! Gentilissimo proprietario leggo ora la Sua risposta e poiché ho le idee molto chiare verrò nel suo negozio con tutte le carte , ivi compresa l offerta, e se Lei sarà disponibile Le dimostro che quello che ho scritto correttamente corrisponde al vero. Mi è stato proposto il cubo wi-fi, con scheda da 100G, quindi attivando una nuova utenza. Qualche giorno dopo nel mio studio professionale, una amica che lavora nel centro wind3 a stazione termini, mi ha fatto scoprire, che in realtà avevo già una scheda dati da 100G data a latere del contratto di telefonia fissa con internet flat. Quindi il negoziante, visti i miei contratti attivi, avrebbe dovuto consigliarmi di acquistare il cubo e inserire la sim già in mio possesso. Sono tornato per chiedere il recesso, ma mi è stato detto che non si può fare. Ora, si dice che a pensare male si pecca ma spesso si fa centro; credo che questi punti concessionari, piu utenze riescono ad attivare, più guadagnano, alla faccia della qualità e dignità che ogni professione deve avere. Nello specifico poi il sig. Gianmarco che ha seguito la mia questione dall'inizio, non solo ha risolto il problema che avevo, ma mi ha supportato con il nuovo cellulare essendo io poco pratica con la tecnologia dedicandomi parecchio tempo e aiutandomi con tutta la procedura del trasferimento dati di cui io ero ignara. Difficile trovare personale così. Ve lo consiglio vivamente Extremely kind and caring staff. They respond with extreme clarity to every question asked, managing to solve all the various problems. Sono andato in questo negozio per la prima volta, dopo averne provati altri in precedenza, ed ho trovato due ragazzi altamente competenti, pronti a servirti al meglio ed ad offrirti le migliori soluzioni per ogni necessità. Mi hanno risolto anche problemi che l'assistenza 159 non era stata in grado di offrirmi e soluzioni più vantaggiose. Davvero complimenti alla ragazza e al ragazzo che lo gestiscono per la dedizione ed il servizio al cliente. Vivamente consigliato. Great experience at this WindTre point. I went to this shop for the first time, after having tried others previously, and I found two highly competent guys, ready to serve you best and to offer you the best solutions for every need. They also solved problems that the 159 assistance had not been able to offer me and more advantageous solutions. Kudos to the girl and boy who run it for their dedication and customer service. Highly recommended.
