Consigliato un telefono che doveva tutelare mio figlio minorenne con app wind tre family protect. Ma peccato che su quel tipo di telefono l'applicazione non si può installare. Il giorno dopo mi sono recato al negozio per chiedere la sostituzione del telefono cosa che mi è stata negata. Mi hanno detto che potevo cambiare il telefono utilizzando reload di wind tre, ma dovevo pagare dopo un giorno, per sostituire un telefono mai utilizzato 60€.
Il telefono è finito nel cassetto e mio figlio sta usando un cellulare di 4 anni fa.

Unprepared staff and to pay are the customers.
Recommended a phone that was supposed to protect my minor child with the wind three family protect app. But it's a pity that the application cannot be installed on that type of phone. The next day I went to the shop to ask for a phone replacement which I was denied. They told me that I could change the phone using wind tre's reload, but I had to pay after one day, to replace an unused phone 60 €.
The phone went into the drawer and my son is using a 4 year old cell phone.
