★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo l'esposizione del problema all'impiegato, lui non ha neanche provato a risolvere il problema ripetendo insistentemente, scontrosamente e aggiungerei anche maleducatamente di non essere in grado di risolvere il problema. Mai incontrato una persona così scortese... Metterei 0 stelle se fosse possibile. (Sono uscito dal negozio con lo stesso problema con cui sono entrato) .

Never met such a rude person ... I would put 0 stars if it were possible. (I left the shop with the same problem I entered with).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi ha fatto molto arrabbiato!! Sono andata per recesso la linea fissa. Mi hanno detto che si fa solo con la posta raccomandata e mi ha stampato un modulo. Poi ho trovato questo è un modulo per recesso la linea quando il titolare è morto!!!
Invece dopo ho fatto il recesso facilmente con la chiamate dal servizio cliente senza niente posta raccomandata.
Non ho niente parola per la esperienza.
It made me very angry !! I went to the fixed line for withdrawal. They told me it is only done by registered mail and they printed me out a form. Then I found this is a withdrawal form on the line when the proprietor is dead !!!
But then I easily made the withdrawal with the call from the customer service without any registered mail.
I have nothing to say for the experience.
