Al mio stupore di dover spedire un modem consegnatomi per errore, e dunque non richiesto, a spese mie la commessa mi risponde con "E per 10 euro stai a fa tutto sto casino?". Centro Tim assolutamente da evitare. The staff is very kind when you have to make a contract or when the owner is present, otherwise it becomes extremely rude. To my amazement of having to send a modem delivered to me by mistake, and therefore not required, at my expense the order replies with "And for 10 euros you are doing all this mess?". Centro Tim absolutely to be avoided.

Potevano benissimo avvisarmi avendo i miei contatti ed essendo a conoscenza dell'appuntamento risparmiandomi il viaggio e l'attesa. Gliel'ho fatto notare e nemmeno mi hanno degnato di risposta. Maleducati e non professionali ! Non lo consiglio a nessuno, hanno perso un cliente. Unprofessional, I had an appointment to pick up a sim, I went and after waiting 45 minutes they told me that the sims hadn't arrived. They could very well notify me by having my contacts and being aware of the appointment, saving me the travel and waiting. I pointed it out to them and they didn't even deign to reply.
