mi scuso se ho espresso erroneamente un giudizio sbagliato. mi trovo in qualche modo in difficoltà, per la portabilità dal mio vecchio operatore ( illiad ). Che scopro solo ad oggi mi impedisce di completare la pratica.
mi scuso e mi vergogno di aver esagerato con la pessima recensione fatta sia al centro che al ragazzo che mi ha aiutato, e sta continuando ad aiutarmi. Con l'occasione correggo alcune cose sull'operato del ragazzo che mi ha servito. Inizialmente si presenta con un fare quasi antipatico, senza peccare di presunzione mi sarei aspettato un bel sorriso. Competente nelle spiegazioni tecniche del device da me scelto alla fine; disponibile al 100% dandomi anche la possibilità di vedere acceso il terminale. Una mossa molto astuta questa, che mi fa molto piacere e abbatte quel muro empatico di distacco che inizialmente si era creato.
Mi vengono riepilogati in modo molto chiari i costi, mi viene proposto di utilizzare la mia carta di credito per permettermi di risparmiare qualcosina sui costo di attivazione del servizio... .. gentilmente il ragazzo chiedendo le opportune autorizzazioni mi regala la nuova sim. devo dire che il mio stato di gradimento è al 100% positivo.
CONCLUSIONE: CENTRO ECCELLENTE.

I apologize and I am ashamed to have exaggerated with the bad review made both in the center and to the guy who helped me, and is continuing to help me. On this occasion I correct some things about the work of the boy who served me. Initially it presents itself in an almost obnoxious way, without sinning presumptuously I would have expected a nice smile. Competent in the technical explanations of the device I chose at the end; 100% available also giving me the opportunity to see the terminal on. This is a very smart move, which makes me very happy and breaks down that empathic wall of detachment that was initially created.
The costs are summarized in a very clear way, I am asked to use my credit card to allow me to save a little bit on the cost of activating the service ... .. kindly the boy asking for the appropriate authorizations gives me the new sim. I must say that my satisfaction is 100% positive.
CONCLUSION: EXCELLENT CENTER.
