The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. But I can't put 5 stars because sometimes the waiting times are too long. Certain procedures need to be streamlined.

Nuova promozione attivata da pochi giorni e mi ritrovo con credito zero...mi richiede 10 euro ma non capisco x cosa...complimenti siete bravi a farci spendere senza motivo reale.
Unprepared staff! Total disservice by the manager who welcomed me with arrogance and rudeness.
New promotion activated a few days ago and I find myself with zero credit ... it requires 10 euros but I don't understand what x ... congratulations you are good at letting us spend without real reason.
