D	Dr. Francesco Prato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place. I recommend the rooms front water and book spa only for yourself for a small extra fee. Staff very attentive and nice.
K	Kalie Moore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I cancelled a transfer both at the front desk and with the driver twelve hours before my mother arrived. I then paid the driver to take me to pick up my rental car where I explained to him a third time that I would be picking my mother up at the airport. Despite cancelling with both the hotel and the driver I was charged a 100 euro transfer fee even though I picked up my mother. The front desk staff were extremely rude. When I checked in I was not shown the restaurant, instead there was a breakfast menu in the room with the instructions to give your order to the front desk by 11pm. There was no mention of an additional charge. In addition, once I did discover the restaurant the food was awful and ridiculously overpriced. We ended up getting a different hotel two nights into our stay. Stay away from WhiteBay resort. If you are looking for an exceptional experience, try Seven Rooms Villadorata in Noto.
L	Lorella Agius on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here last year and I really liked it. I had the room directly to the beach. Nice beach. It was really spacious, nice, clean and modern. The hotel restaurant was really good and particular. Friendly staff. The hotel had a part of it under construction but now I am seeing that it is ready and I am willing to come again for another holiday. I recommend it.

We came late in the evening so we didnt check the beach that day at all, it was very unpleasant surprise in the morning... no one cleared the beach, it was horrible... you would be really unable to swim... we left asap in the morning and found beautiful public beach few kilometers away... what I really hate is that the receptionist didnt even say a word about it... I believe the staff of the hotel shouldnt act like there is amazing beach you paid for just around the hotel. I was really sorry for people who paid for more that one night, we didnt because it was fortunatelly fully booked. Also the bathroom was very moldy... such a shame for 4* hotel... Parking and beach umbrellas is 10€ each per day... such a shame... And last tip, if you still want to book, never take room without the sea view. The view and nice breakfast is all the hotel can offer...
G	Gelo Petsvona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place. Nice people, cool bar and nice beach. If you there you have to stop at the restaurant for lunch or dinner if they are open. Awesome food. We tried all three soups on the menu, and even though Sicilian people call them soup I wouldn't, but all three of them are awesome. Try eggplant and ricotta flan, amazing. Be careful in the translation of their dishes. They really don't know how to translate them to English. Use Google and check the dish before ordering.
D	Daniel Terborn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel. Great beach. We had the pool suite and our kids enjoyed the experience a lot. Great Aperol spritz from the bar on the roof terrace. The main issue we had is that there are no other restaurants besides the two at the hotel. They did serve quite alright food however so in the end its fine. Good breakfast was included as well.
D	David Simpson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slightly faded resort on the beach in eastern Sicily. Staff is great. Beach is good. Restaurant is expensive, but good local options in nearby casibille. Easy drive to Syracuse, Ortigia, Catania. Taormina is about 1.5 hrs.

Location is really nice and a lot of other things in the hotel are the same but what really made our week long stay wonderful is the attitude of the staff. They are all very professional, polite and attentive to you. This turns your stay from good to very good. Thanks really a lot.
