★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived after a long day of travelling and our room wasn't ready until 5pm! The hotel has no caffè that could make you a sandwich at anytime. The beachfront is very small compared to the Riviera in Romagna. The table wine (white) is like pure vinegar- indrinkable. Zerozerozero

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not 4*, not by any standard. The rooms smelled of septic, the personnel spoke almost no English, and most of them made no effort to communicate once they saw you didn't speak Italian - the exceptions being the cleaning lady and the chef. The room included no glasses or silverware. We got exactly one key card for 3 people. The only redeeming quality was the food: the selection wasn't great, but it was tasty and the chef was very understanding when asked to prepare gluten-free pasta.
