Ciò risale a 4 anni fa e sono contento che le recensioni recenti sono ancora molto positive. Soggiornai ad agosto nell'appartamento fronte piscina. Il proprietario ed il custode sono stati sempre disponibili e premurosi, l'appartamento spazioso e ben tenuto. Prima o poi ci ritornerò. Consiglio a tutti quelli che amano la natura e la tranquillità. My first time in Sicily coincided with my stay in this residence. This dates back 4 years and I am happy that the recent reviews are still very positive. Stays in August in the pool-front apartment. The owner and the caretaker were always caring and helpful, the spacious and well maintained. Sooner or later we will return. I recommend to all those who love nature and tranquility.

Quest'anno, dopo anni di campeggi, abbiano deciso di scegliere un residence in modo da avere bagno e doccia privata. Siamo capitati per sbaglio al residence San Domenico di Siracusa. Visualizzato foto, recensioni (come stai facendo anche tu adesso ?) prima di prendere una decisione, contatto il residence su WhatsApp. Il primo approccio è molto cordiale, ma...(ti racconto tra un po' il resto) Prenotiamo il nostro appartamento. Arriviamo al residence nel giorno stabilito e quello che vediamo di presenza è esattamente come in foto. Ci accoglie Tony... ...come dicevo prima, per telefono è stato molto cordiale, ma di presenza lo è stato ancora di più! Ottima la struttura, molto caratteristica e a pochi km in macchina dalle più belle spiagge della Sicilia. Ottima pulizia delle stanze, della piscina e dell'area verde che la circonda. Lo consiglio? Vorrei dirvi di no così da tenere per me questo angolo di assoluto relax, ma è stato troppo piacevole per non dare la possibilità anche a voi di trascorrere una vacanza rilassante. PS. Per i gestori. Viewing photos, reviews (as you are doing now too ?) before making a decision, contact the residence on WhatsApp. The first approach is very friendly, but ... (I'll tell you the rest in a bit) We book our apartment. We arrive at the residence on the appointed day and what we see in presence is exactly like in the photo. Tony welcomes us ... ... as I said before, by phone he was very friendly, but he was even more friendly in presence! Excellent structure, very characteristic and a few kilometers by car from the most beautiful beaches in Sicily. Excellent cleaning of the rooms, the swimming pool and the green area that surrounds it. I advise? I would like to say no so as to keep this corner of absolute relaxation for me, but it was too pleasant not to give you the opportunity to spend a relaxing holiday. PS. For managers. Senza auto in pratica sarebbe impossibile potersi spostare anche per comprare viveri (il centro commerciale più vicino è a 13 minuti di macchina, Lidl a 15min di macchina). La struttura, anche se apparentemente poco curata all'esterno, ci ha sorpresi con l'appartamento interno curato, ristrutturato, ben pulito e assolutamente adatto a persone con disabilità. Su questo devo davvero dire che la struttura è ben organizzata con scivole, bagni e spazi molto ampi per permettere a persone con disabilità di poter accedere in totale serenità. Unfortunately, the place is very far and out of the way from the main beaches. Without a car in practice it would be impossible to travel even to buy food (the nearest shopping center is 13 minutes by car, Lidl 15 minutes by car). The structure, although apparently not well cared for on the outside, surprised us with the well-kept, renovated, well-cleaned interior apartment, absolutely suitable for people with disabilities. On this I must really say that the structure is well organized with slides, bathrooms and very large spaces to allow people with disabilities to be able to access in total serenity.

Muy próximo a la Neápolis siracusana y a las playas de Noto. Buen servicio, habitaciones cómodas, Antonino siempre amable y dispuesto a atender todas las necesidades. El contacto por WhatsApp siempre atento y también durante nuestra estancia. El único inconveniente fue la falta de respeto de las reglas del alijamiento por parte de algunos turistas que utilizaron la piscina a altas horas de la madrugada molestando el descanso de los demás inquilinos. Abbiamo adorato l’orto fuori dalle camere e la gentilezza del proprietario Antonino. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, torneremo sicuramente!! The residence exceeded all expectations. Appartamenti puliti, situato fuori dal caos ma a pochi minuti di macchina ti trovi a Ortigia, Marzamemi, Noto e le più belle attrazioni turistiche della Sicilia. Ideale sia come punto d appoggio per visitare l intera isola che per vacanza di assoluto relax. Proprietario gentile e disponibile ad accogliere le esigenze degli ospiti. Clean apartments, located outside from the chaos but a few minutes by car you are in Ortigia, Marzamemi, Noto and the most beautiful tourist attractions in Sicily. Ideal both as a base for visiting the entire island and for a totally relaxing holiday. Friendly owner and available to accommodate guests' needs.
