F	Franz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VOTO 0 SPACCATO...Trascorsi 14 giorni in famiglia con bambini piccoli...residence con gestione fallimentare...non ci sono regole ne orari,ognuno fa quello che vuole. La piazzetta principale è monopolizzata da gruppi di adolescenti indigeni dai 13 ai 16 anni,compresi i figli dei proprietari,che schiamazzano,bestemmiano e dicono parolacce dalla mattina a notte fonda senza rispetto per niente e nessuno.Ovviamente su 30 ragazzi,20 non fanno parte del residence ,ma nessuno vede o dice niente.La sporcizia e la sregolatezza sono all'ordine del giorno. ...a parte questo,nel residence girano almeno 3 cani randagi da 30kg l'uno. In compenso, le case sono rimaste all'anno di costruzione(70'/80'),sporche e fatiscenti,1 zanzariera in tutta la casa,così anche le innumerevoli zanzare possono banchettare ogni sera con il tuo sangue.La maniglia della porta di ingresso rotta,copri water removibile e zanzare spiaccicate ovunque...a parte questo ...la cosa che mi ha dato più fastidio è la maleducazione allo stato brado. In zona non ci sono ne supermercati,ne tabacchi e benzinai...niente di niente...si raggiunge tutto con l'auto Unica nota positiva il mare spettacolare e la vicina Siracusa....10 e lode.Per il resto VIVAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO... R	Rossana Campisi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posizione strategica se si decide di usare il Lido Le Nereidi attaccato al residence. Le villette sono vecchie e poco curate, soprattutto gli infissi. Le spiegazioni sulla gestione non sono state chiare fin dall'inizio: esisteva lo scaldabagno e nessuno ci aveva detto nulla, siamo arrivati alle 18,30 e ancora la casa era da pulire (una stanza era sommersa dalle ragnatele). A volte basta mettersi nei panni degli ospiti per rendere tutto più semplice ma confortevole. Il Lido Le Nereidi comodo, pulito e bello (ma anche abbastanza caro). Attorno al residence non c'è nulla, né supermercato né bar, né edicola. Strategic position if you decide to use the Lido Le Nereidi attached to the residence. The houses are old and poorly maintained, especially the fixtures. Il nostro appartamento è ampio, luminoso, anche se qualche particolare andrebbe ristrutturato (per esempio gli infissi). Nel complesso ci siamo trovando bene. Beautiful location on the sea. Our cottage is in the front row on a lawn overlooking the small cliff. Sea splendid, limpid, crystalline. Our apartment is large, bright, even if some details should be restructured (for example the windows). Overall we are doing well.
S	Salvo M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati 3 giorni in questa struttura praticamente sul mare. Gestori gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Si trova a 50 m dal mare con scelta di scogli o sppiaggia. Mare splendido! A pochi km dal Plemmirio, area marina protetta, che offre scorci di mare splendido e spiagge sorprendenti. Fatevi una bella vacanza... La struttura è un po' datata. We stayed 3 days in this structure practically on the sea. Very kind and extremely helpful managers. It is located 50 m from the sea with a choice of rocks or beach. Splendid sea! A few km from Plemmirio, a protected marine area, which offers glimpses of the splendid sea and surprising beaches. Have a nice holiday ... The structure is a bit dated.

Aria condizionata,ventilatori,pala dell aria,sedie e tavoli da giardino tv frigo stoviglie ,barbecue esterno ecc....insomma non manca nulla. I proprietari sono persone squisite e il prezzo giornaliero è tra i più economici in zona. Il residence si trova a circa 30 metri dal mare dove vi è una spiaggia libera e 2 stabilimenti balneari. Dalle stanze si può udire il canto del mare. Questo residence lo consiglio.... A nice quiet residence where you can spend your relaxing holidays, all the villas are well stocked with everything you need. Air conditioning, fans, air shovel, garden chairs and tables, TV, fridge, crockery, outdoor barbecue, etc .... in short, nothing is missing. The owners are lovely people and the daily price is among the cheapest in the area. The residence is located about 30 meters from the sea where there is a free beach and 2 bathing establishments.
