In time for Covid I phoned to find out the procedure for renewing an expired identity card for a person just residing in Genoa, but coming from another municipality. I received correct information with professionalism and sufficient kindness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato non sia possibile mettere 0 stelle, in 2 giorni chiamando in orario prestabilito telefono sempre occupato, o perfino quelle rare volte dopo un'attesa di minimo 7/8 min rispondevano per riagganciare immediatamente.
IMPOSSIBILE PRENDERE APPUNTAMENTO!
Too bad it is not possible to put 0 stars, in 2 days by calling at a fixed time the phone is always busy, or even those rare times after a wait of at least 7/8 min they answered to hang up immediately.
IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata per il rinnovo della carta d'identità. Molto gentile il ragazzo alla ricezione, l'impiegato che mi ha fatto il documento invece è stato di una scortesia imbarazzante, dovrebbe proprio cambiare lavoro.
I went for the identity card renewal. The guy at the reception was very kind, the clerk who gave me the document was an embarrassing rudeness, he should really change his job.

Hello I'm a disabled person in a wheelchair I had to get an identity card because it expired, I phoned in town to ask how to do it, a very courteous young man answered me who explained all the procedure to me and would come home to put the signatures, so he was a very nice guy, polite, excellent service

I had two telephone contacts, from Emilia-Romagna, with the cemetery office with two different ladies. Both with kindness and availability not common in the P.A. It's the people who make the difference. Thanks to both of them.
