After eating well we walked down to the vineyard areas juval we did a tasting and bring some good bottles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute an der Weingutführung mit Verkostung teilgenommen. War alles sehr enttäuschend. Die Gläser zur Verkostung waren so knapp befüllt worden, dass kaum der Boden bedeckt war. Es reichte nicht für einen zweiten Schluck. Eine Geschmacksbewertung war deshalb nicht wirklich möglich. Die Informationen zur Weinergerzeugung waren unter durchschnittlich. Die Brennerei war weder sehenswert oder informativ. Wir waren den steilen Weg bei 34℃ extra gelaufen, da wir alkoholisiert nicht Auto fahren wollten, das hätten wir und echt sparen können. Nach ungefähr einen halben Glas Wein... Fazit: nicht empfehlenswert.
Took part in the winery tour with tasting today. It was all very disappointing. The glasses for tasting were so tight that the bottom was hardly covered. It wasn't enough for a second sip. A taste evaluation was therefore not really possible. The information on wine production was below average. The distillery was neither worth seeing nor informative. We walked the steep path at 34 ℃ extra because we didn't want to drive a car when we were drunk, we could have done that and really saved. After about half a glass of wine ... Conclusion: not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Auffahrt zum Weingut ist für Besucher frei, allerdings muss man auf der engen Bergstraße jederzeit mit Gegenverkehr rechnen. Auch der Shuttlebus zum Schloss Juval fährt diese Strecke.
Wir hatten Glück, die Winzerin noch kurz vor der Mittagspause für eine kleine Weinprobe anzutreffen. Dabei interessierten uns besonders die drei Rieslinge des Weinguts. Der Riesling Weingarten Windbichel aus 2018 hat uns sofort begeistert. Wir haben uns gefreut, dass ein spontaner Besuch möglich war. Mit etwas Vorplanung und mehr Zeit kann man auch an einer Weinbergführung teilnehmen. Der Blick über das Tal ist wunderschön von hier, und der Hof lädt zum Verweilen ein.
The driveway to the winery is free for visitors, but one must expect oncoming traffic on the narrow mountain road at any time. The shuttle bus to Juval Castle also runs this route.
We were lucky enough to meet the winemaker shortly before lunch for a little wine tasting. We were particularly interested in the three Rieslings from the winery. We were immediately impressed by the Riesling Weingarten Windbichel from 2018. We were happy that a spontaneous visit was possible. With a little planning and more time, you can also take part in a vineyard tour. The view over the valley is beautiful from here, and the courtyard invites you to linger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foarte interesant.in colaborare cu celebrul aventurier reinhold messner acest punct de referinta al vinificatiei in sudtirol aduce ceva din modernism dar cu radacini adanci in trecutul provinciei.am fost placut impresionat de diversitatea sortimentelor si de multiplele modalitati de imbuteliere.preturile sunt in spiritul calitatii di primesti sticlele si foarte drumos impachetat.oricand am drum cumpar macar o sticla de vin de aici.felicitari pentru munca si pasiunea depusa
Very interesting. In collaboration with the famous adventurer reinhold messner this landmark of winemaking in south tyrol brings something of modernism but with deep roots in the past of the province. you receive the bottles and very well packaged. whenever I have a road I buy at least a bottle of wine from here. congratulations for your work and passion
