★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the most unhelpful , unfriendly and incompetent staff I’ve ever come across in a mobile phone store. Staff are ignorant of the products they sell and run to ground when you try to explain to them what you want and know is on offer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service for tourists abroad .. find another operator and store. Can not register on site to buy another credit. And I bouht tourist package and when I want to buy credit after 2mounths, they told me that Im 9euros in minus ?!?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my experience, the best Vodafone point around. So much so that today I walked the 2km there just for clarifications. Staff is prepared and courteous unlike other Vodafone points around my home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It depends which staff member you get. Also in fairness it was hard as my Italian was not great and their English not great. However my low score was due to the long wait, apathetic attitude of the staff and inability to assist despite understanding the problem- the product sold did not work. We wasted $20 euro and could not get a fix for the problem or a refund just shrugged shoulders. Disappointed!
