r	rosario russo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo centro, non rispondono mai al telefono, e non danno neanche comunicazione per ritiro cellulari posti in riparazione a centro assistenza. Per fortuna ho chiesto assistenza telefonica a Vodafone e riferivano che era già riparato da alcuni giorni.Il rapporto con il cliente non esiste. Bad center, they never answer the phone, and they don't even give notice to collect cell phones placed for repair at the service center. Luckily I asked Vodafone for telephone assistance and they reported that it had already been repaired for a few days. The relationship with the customer does not exist.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene e abbiamo trovato personale molto cordiale, disponibile e preparato. E' stato anche utile poter restare in contatto con loro per il supporto via whatsapp. Alla fine, grazie all'aiuto di Daniele, abbiamo risolto e superato le varie problematiche che ci avevamo inizialmente bloccato. Davvero bravi! Consigliato! We turned to this Vodafone store to finalize a Family Plan promotion with fiber, after failing to do so through telephone operators. We had a great time and found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It was also helpful to be able to keep in touch with them for support via whatsapp. In the end, thanks to Daniele's help, we solved and overcome the various problems that we had initially blocked. Really good! Recommended!
