★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un galaxi s 10 da loro e con questo una pellicola per proteggere il cellulare (20 euro!) ma me l'hanno attaccata male quindi sono ritornato per farlmela cambiare munito di scontrino, all'inizio non volevano cambiarla; personale scorretto e indisponente. Risultato non è cambiato niente! Infatti ai lati si sta scollando. Non sono capaci nemmeno di attaccare una pellicola. Mai più!
I bought a galaxi s 10 from them and with this a film to protect the cell phone (20 euros!) But they attacked me badly so I went back to have it changed with a receipt, at the beginning they didn't want to change it; incorrect and disrespectful staff. Result nothing has changed! In fact, the sides are falling apart. They are not even capable of sticking a film. Never again!

Nothing in particular. I also asked for a plan change and the answer was 30 GB. They replied almost € 20. I made mobile mail and with less than 5 € I got them.

Very friendly, and they made me understand that the assistants who call you from the call centers are just rip-offs?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per diverso tempo avevo la scheda Vodafone fino a quest'anno dove mi sono stati prelevati i pagamenti non dovuti cca euro 70. Chiedo quindi perchè ma mi viene risposto molto poco chiaro restituendo euro 18,89....boo....tutto ciò con poca gentilezza e zero disponibilità.... finalmente ho capito il perché chiedono pagare con addebito sul conto! Nella stessa giornata HO SALUTATO LA VODAFON!
For some time I had the Vodafone card up to this year where the undue payments were withdrawn about 70 euros. this with little kindness and zero availability .... I finally understood why they ask to pay by debit on the account! On the same day I HAVE GREETED VODAFON!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato nel negozio forse meno di 10 minuti. Disdetta contratto Vodafone e riconsegna Vodafone Station. Tutto ok. Il problema è che ho atteso fuori dal negozio 45 minuti prima di poter entrare. E dietro di me si è formato fila di 6 persone. Per fortuna avevo tempo e non pioveva ma se uno ha un po di fretta.......??
I was in the shop maybe less than 10 minutes. Cancellation of Vodafone contract and return of Vodafone Station. Everything is OK. Problem is, I waited outside the shop for 45 minutes before being able to enter. And behind me a line of 6 people formed. Luckily I had time and it wasn't raining but if one is in a bit of a hurry ....... ??
