Sono entrata e sono rinata: aria fresca climatizzata, un ambiente pulito e raffinato (soprattutto non kitch o esagerato), personale educato e gentile, con il sorriso, e pronto a scambiare qualche battura e a dare informazioni sulla città. Tutte qualitá di un caffè a 5 stelle in cui la tradizione e l'esperienza si sentono. Mi sono sentita a mio agio! I salati sono ottimi, le meringhe (che ho preso per vedere se davvero meritano le lodi che ricevono) sono ottime. Confermo! Credo che abbiano un ingrediente particolare, lasciano un'aroma speciale e soprattutto non sono zuccherose fino alla nausea. Premetto che non amo le meringhe, ma queste mi hanno colpita. Consigliatissimo, da provare!! I stopped on a crazy hot day, but I couldn't skip this historic café whose name is known even beyond Jesi. I entered and I was reborn: fresh air conditioned, a clean and refined environment (especially not kitch or exaggerated), polite and kind staff, with a smile, and ready to exchange a few words and give information about the city. All qualities of a 5-star coffee where tradition and experience are felt. I felt comfortable! The salty is excellent, the meringues (which I took to see if they really deserve the praise they receive) are excellent. I confirm! I think they have a particular ingredient, they leave a special aroma and above all they are not sugary to the point of nausea. I state that I do not like meringues, but these have affected me. Highly recommended, to try !!
