Sono così brave che ormai, anche se posso tentare di risolvere un problema chiamando il call center, mi faccio due passi e vado da loro: è più salutare e risolvo sempre prima. Grandi!
Valentina and Veronica, the two people I interacted with, have always been infinitely courteous, prompt and attentive to help me solve any problem and provide me with real-time solutions.
They are so good that now, even if I can try to solve a problem by calling the call center, I take a walk and go to them: it is healthier and I always solve first. Great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were amazing. I don't speak fluent Italian but solved my problem. Gave me more than I wanted. Didn't try to over sell me. I felt very comfortable with the salespeople. Very nice.
Update ***
I went back because I got charged for an extra month. It was not pleasant. The guy helping (not the same as last) was very rude. I asked them to correct it. But he gave me a credit instead. He tried double talk me. But I understood more Italian that he thought. Then he said he'll refund half. No deal. You made a mistake so fix it. He got frustrated and said bye. Just like that. I said no. Not bye. I want my money. After all that. He gave me some number to call to correct it. To be fair. There was a language barrier. He knew enough to try and give me half. I left. Credit card company has to fix it. Oh. Supposedly. He couldn't do the refund bc it wouldn't fit in the machine. Baloney. They get 3 stars bc the first experience was good. Should be 2 1/2.
