★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Sono stata letteralmente aggredita dal venditore che con brutte parole ha iniziato a gridare che per le questioni della tariffa devo telefonare alla Vodafone e non stressarlo al negozio. Il tizio è stato non maleducato, di più!
Ho deciso di cambiare compagnia telefonica “ grazie” a lui.
Bad experience. I was literally attacked by the seller who with bad words started shouting that for tariff issues I have to call Vodafone and not stress him at the shop. The dude was not rude, more!
I decided to change phone company "thanks" to him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato in negozio per chiedere assistenza su un cambio di piano tariffario che io non avevo autorizzato. Per telefono e per messaggio Vodafone mi avevano contattato per uno sconto per 3 mesi come Carta Christmas. Invece mi sono ritrovato un piano tariffario diverso e raddoppiato. (fregatura). Li in negozio mi hanno detto - ehh per telefono nemmeno le caramelle!! -
Mi hanno detto di contattare il 190..!!!! Loro non potevano fare niente per non mettersi in urto con Vodafone.
Servono solo per vendere telefoni e SIM??
I went to the store to ask for assistance on a rate plan change that I had not authorized. By phone and by message Vodafone had contacted me for a discount for 3 months as a Christmas card. Instead I found myself a different and doubled rate plan. (rip off). In the shop they told me - ehh on the phone not even candy !! -
They told me to contact 190 .. !!!! They could not do anything to avoid colliding with Vodafone.
Are they just for selling phones and SIMs?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto venisse attivata una promozione, ne è stata attivata un'altra con la metà dei GB. Il prezzo è però lo stesso. Pessima esperienza. Non consiglio.
I asked for a promotion to be activated, another one was activated with half the GB. However, the price is the same. Bad experience. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare come la peste, se potessi darei meno stelle lo farei. Sono andato a cambiare sim dopo aver parlato con operatore Vodafone che mi spiegava come il cambio è gratuito per le utenze business. Invece loro mi chiedono 15 euro che poi la stessa Vodafone mi rimborserà. Cosa assolutamente non vera.
Sono andato in un altro negozio e con gentilezza e cortesia me la hanno cambiata gratis.
To be avoided like the plague, if I could I would give fewer stars I would. I went to change sims after talking to the Vodafone operator who explained to me how the change is free for business users. Instead they ask me for 15 euros which Vodafone itself will then reimburse me. Which is absolutely not true.
I went to another shop and with kindness and courtesy they changed it for free.
