★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato nel negozio per un problema alla scheda sim. Era semplicemente scaduta perché non ricaricata da 1 anno. NON SONO RIUSCITI A RISOLVERE IL PROBLEMA. Sono andato alla comet e nel giro di 15 minuti risolto il problema.
Per fortuna che è un negozio di telefonia.. ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovandomi sprovvisto di una sim mi reco al punto vodafone per richiederne una ricaricabile in quanto, dopo aver stipulato online un contratto fibra, voglio usufruire dei 15gb giornalieri gratuiti (mobile) fino all'arrivo della vodafone station.
La scortese impiegata mi spiega con tono supponente che quello che richiedo io è impossibile da avere, in quanto non può vendermi una sim se non con un abbonamento. Alle mie rimostranze perché tutto ciò mi sembra perlomeno strano, aggiunge anche non contenta che "se avessi stipulato il contratto in negozio", avrei potuto avere subito anche la sim con i dati.
Quello che pensavo essere solo un pessimo sevizio era diventato:
1) una presa in giro per il cliente (c'è qualcosa di peggio quando si lavora con il pubblico?)
Ho verificato la situazione con altri punti vodafone, ottenere una sim ricaricabile è ancora possibile nel 2019
2) un mancato guadagno per vodafone perché io la sim l'avrei pagata
3) una perdita di credibilità. Potrei mai tornarci dubitando che quello che mi viene detto sia vero oppure no?

3) a loss of credibility. Could I ever go back and doubt that what I am told is true or not?

Not too big shop, well laid out furniture, bright with several mobile devices on display. Courteous and helpful staff, they clearly explained to me the various options that can be activated on my telephone plan.

Super-trained staff available to explain everything clearly and precisely. The shop is very nice and welcoming and the well-set up and colorful window immediately makes you want to enter! The Christmas themed legos, much appreciated by all fans and not, are beautiful and give a touch of class to the shop. Under the holidays it is a feast for the eyes! Top shop! Congratulations guys!
