sono andato li per disattivare una scheda sim con abbonamento e invece a mia insaputa me l hanno convertita in ricaricabile continuando a pagare l abbonamento
Risposta: Mi sono recato in negozio proprio per avere chiarimenti su come muovermi!!! Inoltre credo sia corretto informare il cliente delle operazioni che si stanno svolgendo!
Sono consapevole che la ricaricabile non porta costi se non la ricarica, ma allo stesso tempo non mi spiego gli addebiti che mi vengono fatti (certificati da fattura , con data anche posteriore alla conversione della sim) Sono in attesa che la Vodafone risponda ai miei quesiti....

non ho visto mai tutto ciò, sono contentissimo e soddisfatto anche del servizio assistenza vodafone nel controllo modem e allineamento della linea io consiglio di recarvi nel punto vodafone descritto per avere più servizi e informazioni a riguardo ciao e grazie.
