★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto competenti nel predersi la ragione ti risolvono le problematiche affinché non ci rimettono il centesimo per me assolutamente negativi ma come tutti gli operatori delle compagnie telefoniche pappagalli addestrati dove l'unico obiettivo è quello di arricchire il padrone e fregarsene del cliente e non aggiungo altro

Si perché purtroppo la grande pecca di questo punto vodafone é l' organizzazione; il posto é molto piccolo, é un' area attrezzata di fronte il supermercato, solo una persona addetta presente e la totale assenza di aria condizionata, ne fanno purtroppo un posto da evitare se trovi fila...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire riguardo la velocità, ma nonostante mi sia recato da loro con un sms di una promozione con la quale avrei potuto acquistare una sim a 10€, da loro con delle scuse mi è stata fatta pagare 15€.Contattando poi l'assistenza Vodafone mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto pagarla 10 come nel messaggio, inutile dire che ricontattando il negozio l'hanno buttata sul fatto che ho accettato firmando il contratto, per cui non posso fare nulla se non mettere in guardia chi avrà intenzione di andare da loro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Praticamente attivo una nuova sim passando da iliad la commessa non mi attiva l’offerta e spreco 30 euro in 2 giorni a 25 centesimi al minuto . Bravissima veramente. oltretutto 35 euro per un attivazione che on Line costerebbe molto meno . 55 euro in 2 giorni buttati nel cesso per un incompetente .
