★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale molto preparato, le ragazze sono molto gentili e disponibili. Hanno gestito la fila in modo eccellente, e hanno soddisfatto le richieste di ogni cliente. Ottimo servizio, mi dispiace solo per la posizione del negozio che è isolato nel centro commerciale. Però voto 5!!!
Very knowledgeable staff, the girls are very kind and helpful. They handled the queue excellently, and met every customer's requests. Great service, I'm only sorry for the location of the shop which is block in the mall. But vote 5 !!!

Excellent service. The girls are lovely and very kind. Very prepared. One of the few shops where it is pleasant to stay. They solved my problem that call centers had not been able to for months. Advice!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meritano zero stelle. Per colpa di queste persone ho dovuto pagare per un servizio mai attivato da me. Alla fine non si sono presi la responsabilità di quello che hanno fatto. Sconsigliato!
They deserve zero stars. Because of these people, I had to pay for a service that I never activated. In the end, they didn't take responsibility for what they did. Not recommended!

02/04 mi reco presso lo store per informazioni sul fwa,la signorina mi dice che c'è un mese di prova senza vincoli, chiedo semplicemente due cose da quando veniva conteggiato il mese,e cosa fare per la disattivazione del servizio,mi viene risposto che il conteggio partiva dal momento in cui ricevevo il modem ed attivavo la SIM,accetto,in data 07/04 ricevo il modem a casa e attivo la SIM, purtroppo il segnale è scarso, mi reco oggi 03/05 per restituire il modem,e mi dicono che non è più disattivabile, perché avrei dovuto farlo entro il 02/05, quindi o continuo con il contratto o pago la penale, la cosa più brutta è stata sentirmi dire che ci avrei dovuto pensare prima perché per una PEC con vogliono 10 giorni di lavorazione...chiedo di parlare con un responsabile,mi viene detto che non sono tenute a dare nominativi di chi gestisce il negozio , d'altro canto difficile capire chi è un responsabile lì dentro, visto che in tre occasioni diverse, nessuna indossava divisa e badge nominativo del brand....
From zero stars, very little professionalism in managing problems, my story:
02/04 I go to the store for information on the fwa, the young lady tells me that there is a trial month without constraints, I simply ask two things since the month was counted, and what to do to deactivate the service, I am I replied that the count started from the moment I received the modem and activated the SIM, I accept, on 07/04 I receive the modem at home and activate the SIM, unfortunately the signal is poor, I go today 03/05 to return the modem , and they tell me that it can no longer be deactivated, because I should have done it by 02/05, so either I continue with the contract or I pay the penalty, the worst thing was being told that I should have thought about it first because for a PEC with it takes 10 days of work ... I ask to speak to a manager, I am told that they are not required to give the names of those who manage the store, on the other hand it is difficult to understand who is responsible in there, since on three different occasions , none wore uniform and name badges d el brand ....
