Sono entrata solo perché mio figlio ha insistito....Quando cambierete le commesse sarà sempre troppo tardi per tutti i clienti che avete già perso. Non ho mai visto da nessuna parte un personale così sgarbato, scazzato e poco attento ai clienti. Basta pensare che una volta mi sono trovata alla cassa, senza fila, ad aspettare la cassiera che parlava con una commessa bellamente dei cacchi suoi. Non è per il costo della busta regalo ma per la non accortezza verso il cliente. Vergognoso e anche controproducente per l’azienda. Non ci torneremo mai più. Recatami con mio marito presso il negozio alle 19.47 (la chiusura sarebbe prevista alle 20) un addetto sulla porta gentilmente ci ha fatti entrare avvisandoci comunque dell'imminente chiusura. È stato tuttavia aggredito verbalmente dalle sue colleghe (ad alta voce, affinché potessimo sentire anche noi, immagino).
