L'elemento fondamentale è che loro si occupano a trecentosessanta gradi della selezione e gestione contrattuale delle badanti: dal pagamento dei contributi alla gestione delle possibili criticità.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver girato il pomeriggio e dopo tante telefonate ad altre fasulle agenzie a Milano che non hanno autorizzazioni, si rendono disponibili e competenti non hanno fretta di buttare giù il telefono e chi mi ha risposto mi ha chiarito dubbi su contratti e servizio offerto, ottima soluzione per chi non vuole pensieri. Consigliatissima.

Non ci siamo trovati bene con la signora che doveva aiutarci, zero empatia con gli anziani, poco collaborativa e faceva il minimo indispensabile, nonostante da parte nostra avessimo garantito ampia flessibilità sugli orari. Consiglio a Vitassistance di non avvalersi più di questa signora e soprattutto, per il futuro, di accertarsi che le persone siano vaccinate vista la situazione pandemica, grazie
No problem for the management, Vitassistance collaborators are very kind and professional. We did not get along well with the lady who had to help us, zero empathy with the elderly, not very cooperative and did the bare minimum, despite our having guaranteed ample flexibility on schedules. Sono soddisfatto del loro operato e della celerità con cui rispondono anche a cambi di personale nel caso in cui la persona segnalate non sia poi compatibile con le dinamiche in cui viene inserita. Una stella in meno solo per indicare un possibile miglioramento che potrebbe essere quello di fare dei corsi alle badanti su come operare con clienti complessi.

I am satisfied with their work and the speed with which they also respond to personnel changes in the event that the person reported is not compatible with the dynamics in which they are inserted. One star less just to indicate a possible improvement that could be to give courses to carers on how to operate with complex clients.
