L'agenzia è gestita da un signore decisamente attento ad interpretare le esigenze della persona cui fornire assistenza. Rispetto ad altre agenzie di assistenza con cura abbiamo notato un approccio "sartoriale" e non la semplice fornitura di una badante scelta a caso tra quelle a disposizione. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'assistenza domiciliare richiesta è stata per un tempo limitato (a supporto di un infortunio dell'anziana zia) ma questo ci ha convinti ad valutare di farci fornire un'assistenza a tempo pieno a partire dal prossimo anno. Agenzia sinceramente raccomandata. I was pleasantly satisfied when I contacted this center to request home assistance for a dear, elderly relative of my partner. The agency is managed by a gentleman who is very careful to interpret the needs of the person to whom to provide assistance. Compared to other assistance agencies we have carefully noted a "tailored" approach and not the simple provision of a caregiver chosen at random from those available. We had a great time. The requested home care was for a limited time (in support of an elderly aunt's injury) but this convinced us to consider getting full-time care starting next year. Sincerely recommended agency.

Ho girato 3 agenzie che andavano tutte bene ma Flavio, il proprietario, è stato più attento a capire il carattere di mia madre e quale persona era più adatta a gestirla e a farle compagnia. Secondo me fa tutta la differenza del mondo. I was looking for a caregiver agency in Milan for a live-in caregiver. I toured 3 agencies that were all fine but Flavio, the owner, was more careful to understand my mother's character and which person was best suited to manage and keep her company. In my opinion it makes all the difference in the world.

La sua agenzia è stata la prima che non ha cercato di vederci per forza un servizio, ma di trovare una soluzione al nostro problema, che per noi era soprattutto il far accettare e comprendere all'anziano la sua situazione. Lui e la sua assistente si sono dimostrati sempre molto comprensivi e disponibili alle sue richieste, oltre che estremamente professionali, e hanno organizzato una modalità di assistenza perfetta!
