Una pizza fatta bene ha un cornicione dai bordi più o meno rialzati, tra il soffice e il friabile, pieno d’aria all’interno, e una base leggera e impalpabile che quando raggiunge l’apice sembra si sciolga in bocca. Alla fine del pasto devi essere soddisfatto, ma non pieno, e averne ancora una leggera voglia che ti spingerebbe a volerne un altro paio di fette. Provare per credere.

Lo consiglio anche per la semplicità della location, mi chiedo solo una cosa: perché tanta ricerca di "alta qualità" si ferma nella scelta degli oli proposti?.. E la legge sui tappi antirabbocco è ancora valida??? Chiedo per un amico......

En neem vooraf een fritto misto van aardappeltjes, mozzarella bolletjes, rijstbolletjes etc. Echt goddelijk! (Alleen kan je de pizza dan dus niet meer op ?) Eigenaar ook enorm vriendelijk en goede service. 100% MUST-VISIT en MUST-EAT!!
Wow you MUST visit this pizza place if you are in the area. What a delicious pizzas. And take a fritto misto of potatoes, mozzarella balls, rice balls, etc. Really divine! (Only you can't eat the pizza anymore ?) Owner also very friendly and good service. 100% MUST-VISIT and MUST-EAT!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo scoperto questa pizzeria per la proposta di pizze senza glutine. Il locale é pulito e semplice nell'arredamento, così come nella gestione. Le pizze sono buone, gli ingredienti di prima qualità e trattati in maniera egregia. Anche una semplice tonno e cipolla aveva un suo perché. Prezzi abbordabili e in linea con la qualità offerta. Ci torneremo.
We discovered this pizzeria for the proposal of gluten-free pizzas. The place is clean and simple in furnishing, as well as in management. The pizzas are good, the ingredients of first quality and treated in an excellent way. Even a simple tuna and onion had its own why. Affordable prices and in line with the quality offered. We will be back.

The super nice owner gave us a warm welcome and he apologized that he didn't speak English (from what I understood with my broken Italian). So he basically said I'm going to make you a sicilian style pizza and guess what, it turned out to be the best pizza I ever had! Just outstanding - I can highly recommend this restaurant! Mille Grazie again!
