★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had one good pasta, "al dente" as it should be, and some meatballs with tomato sauce: simple dishes but full of taste. The dessert pretty unique with the well balanced combination of flavors: rounded, sweet but not cloying. The girl serving was very kind and discreet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful unassuming restaurant in the center of Rosolini. This is a family run business in a small locale with a wonderful wine selection and where everything is guaranteed fresh. Prices are very reasonable and food is exquisite. The decor and the whole ambiance really helps to make you feel as though you are eating with good friends or family at home. It is a very warm place and the service is very attentive. There are quite a few things to try on the menu and it may be a good idea to try some classic sicilian dishes and some more local proposals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this restaurant by chance at the end of August / beginning of September 2018, as I lost my way again, in Rosolini (Sr), Sicilia where I stayed between 28 August and 5 October 2018. It was very late, but the owner of the restaurant let me in and offered me a full dinner. I cannot say exactly what the name was of my meals, they were delicious, but I have few photos I would like to share with you.
The place itself was tastefully furnished, it was spotless, very clean, and it was quiet too, which was an added bonus as well as the free wireless internet.
I am back to Sicilia this November again, I am going to be staying at the Lido di Noto, but going to visit Rosolini (Sr), and I definitely have another lunch / supper at the Antica Osteria I Suliccenti, Via Aprille, 3, 96019, Rosolini (Sr).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely delicious meal at this authentic little place. The service was so friendly and efficient and the food was wonderful. Lots of little extra touches to make it a great experience - including secret ingredient in dessert which none of us could guess! Would be delighted to return when next in the area.
