★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bar gestito da un gran pasticcere(forse il più esperto e tutti lo sanno) che saprà incantarvi con le proprie creazioni saporite ed uniche.
Non di meno sono la moglie ed i figli, capaci anche loro di seguire il cliente con lo sguardo per cercare di percepire cosa a loro piacerebbe.
La granita più gustosa di Rosolini . Potrei anche parlarvi delle vere brioches, dei cornetti dei gelati, e dei semifreddi più particolari della zona. Se potessi li porterei al nord per farli valorizzare molto di più..... Ma chi lo sa,
forse a loro basta lo sguardo appagato delle persone che escono contenti e sorridenti pronti ad affrontare una nuova giornata. Viva le persone semplici.
