La specialità è il dolce con mandorle, pistacchio e nocciola e soprattutto la giuggiulena con sesamo e miele. Laboratorio a vista in modo da poter osservare i vari passaggi della produzione. Se passate per Rosolini vi consiglio di fermarvi in questo locale.
