★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una attenta lettura degne recensioni, torno al Pass per verificare se qualcosa è cambiato.
Non ho trovato nulla di nuovo ma la cosa che mi affligge di piu è trovare, ancora una volta e per l'ennesima volta, l'olio rancido a tavola. Una recrnsione lamentava la frittura del pesce con olio bruciato, ma non è solo bruciato, è olio difettato non extravergine di oliva ma un comunissimo olio di origine spagnola, e rancido da buttar via.
Non capisco perché viene prestata tanta attenzione alle farine, agli ingredienti ed ai condimenti; arivati all'olio rischiano le multe. Oltretutto le bottigliette di olio sono fuori legge perché non hanno il tappo "antirabbocco" questo è punito con serve sanzioni.

After a careful reading of worthy reviews, I go back to the Pass to check if something has changed.
I have not found anything new but the thing that afflicts me most is to find, once again and for the umpteenth time, the rancid oil at the table. A complaint complained about the frying of fish with burnt oil, but it is not only burned, it is defective oil not extra virgin olive oil but a very common oil of Spanish origin, and rancid to throw away.
I don't understand why so much attention is paid to flours, ingredients and seasonings; once they get to the oil they risk fines. Moreover, the bottles of oil are outlawed because they do not have the "anti-refill" cap, this is punished with necessary penalties.
If you read the reviews done something to improve you: anyway I will come back and write.

Never eaten pizzas like this: naturally leavened pasta, top quality condiments and exaggerated in quantity. Pizza with fried seafood is a complete lunch.

Staff very nice, kind and helpful. I really appreciate that the King of Pizza comes to check and ask if everything is okay. The amazing pizzas, one better than the other. The very elegant, warm and welcoming environment. They make the best pizza here. For me it is worth 5 stars
