Elle nous a fait visiter le 26/12/17 Le Colisseo et le Palatino pendant 3h et nous n'avons pas vu le temps passer. Le lendemain nous avons visité la cité du Vatican et grâce à son passe file nous avons eu une attente très écourtée suivie d'une visite très intéressante que nous avons tous beaucoup appréciée. Grace à vous, merci de nous avoir donné envie de revenir visiter Rome. Jacqueline Our guide, Chiara was punctual, friendly and cultured. Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir venir juste après la réouverture des frontières et donc de pouvoir profiter d'un Rome sans ses masses de touristes ordinaires. Les visites avec Ludowig des ruines au centre ville et du Vatican se sont donc déroulés dans un esprit prèsque privé. Les heures sont trop vites passées, Ludowig est une telle source d'informations... Il nous a aimablement organisé une visite en vélo, malgré le manque d'autres participants. J'ai particulièrement profité de cette balade en vélo, on voit plein des choses et arrive à mieux comprendre la structure de la ville. Et j'aurais jamais osé faire du vélo dans le traffic de Rome sans l'adorable Roberto avec ses drôles d'histories. Ciao et merci mille fois!!!!!!!!! The GuideaRome team is absolutely at the top! We were lucky to be able to come right after the borders reopened and therefore to be able to enjoy a Rome without its masses of ordinary tourists. The visits with Ludowig of the ruins in the city center and of the Vatican therefore took place in an almost private spirit. The hours are too quickly passed, Ludowig is such a source of information ... He kindly organized a bike tour for us, despite the lack of other participants. I particularly benefited from this bike ride, we see a lot of things and come to better understand the structure of the city. And I would never have dared to cycle in the traffic of Rome without the adorable Roberto with his funny stories. Ciao and thank you a thousand times !!!!!!!!!

Si nous n'avions pas rencontré d'autres personnes qui attendaient le même guide mais étaient passées par un autre organisme et qui avait donc été prévenus, nous n'aurions jamais su que la visite était maintenu mais avec 1h30 de retard. Cela a décalé toute la journée et les autres visites sans compter l'heure et demi d'attente sur place... A ce jour toujours aucune réponse de la part de Guide à Rome, toujours aucune explication et toujours aucune excuse. A éviter. Total lack of professionalism, schedule shifted by 1h30 without having been warned, company unreachable once we waited at the meeting point. If we had not met other people who were waiting for the same guide but had gone through another organization and who had therefore been warned, we would never have known that the visit was being maintained but with 1 hour 30 minutes late. This shifted the whole day and the other visits without counting the hour and a half of waiting there ... To this day still no response from Guide in Rome, still no explanation and still no apology. To avoid.

Bravo pour tout !
