★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a ticket to the Vatican museums, for 10am. Arrived at 10am to meet a guide who would provide ticket, as stated in the email. No one was there, so I called the company 15 minutes later. Spoke to a rude lady who did not listen to my situation, she said I should have been there at 9:45am (not stated in booking) and that this was my problem. Avoid this company at all costs!
