★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Retraso en la salida por error de una reserva en Taormina (1/2 hora), despues confusión en la recogida de pasajeros en otro pueblo (10'). Nos llevan a una degustación restando estancia en el Etna para sus propios intereses. Al final a las 3 de la tarde con muchísima calor nos llevan a un paraje natural infectada de gente, la mayor parte del bus estaba a los 10 minutos ya en el bar. Precio carísimo para la excursión contratada.
 Delay in the departure due to an error in a reservation in Taormina (1/2 hour), then confusion in the pick-up of passengers in another town (10 '). They take us to a tasting subtracting stay on Etna for their own interests. At the end at 3 o'clock in the afternoon with a lot of heat they take us to a natural place infected with people, most of the bus was at the bar after 10 minutes. Very expensive price for the hired excursion.

Fairly trained staff: from the first phone call to the vendor of the kiosk in Giardini Naxos (Leonardo), the tour guide (Rosario), the bus driver (Pipo). Great experience. Serious agency. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever! No organization, no respect for the timetable, delays, poor English speaking staff....
We did the mini cruise from Taormina to Isola Bella and Grotta Azzura. It was supposed to take 3 hours, it took 4.... they almost forgot to pick us up...the staff didn’t know about our reservation.... we ended up being transported from Taormina to the harbour by some strange guys that didn’t even bother to tell us who they are...the staff from VST just told us “go in the car “ and that was all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After learning that they were not running the 3000m Etna tour on weekends, we booked an extra night at Taormina to go on Monday. At the last minute, they postponed the tour to Tuesday and were difficult to reach by phone. I don't think this company is a scam but it is highly unreliable.
