We went to visit Etna, a fantastic experience. The guide very well prepared with a lot of knowledge of the place and of the history of Italy. Excellent organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are brilliant. And if you are lucky enough to get Christy then you are in for a treat. He is possibly the best tour guide I've ever had. What he knows and the way he runs his tours are amazing. Sad we didn't have him for the wine tasting as we would of got him a drink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked fairly last minute, 36 hours, but were very impressed at how responsive they were at organising everything and all communications. There was a minor hiccup with part of the experience we ordered but this was not their fault, and they were very quick to sort everything out straight away. This is the mark of a good company.
The experience itself was fantastic and excellent value for money!
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too many people for the bus. Nobody even the bus driver were wearing masks. Guide was literally running through the streets and sight by 40°C. A/C in the bus was broken. Bus had very small, uncomfortable seats. Guide was very nice.
