Appena uscita da lì sono dovuta scappare da un altro parrucchiere per farmi sistemare il casino che l'incompetenza di questo salone aveva fatto sui miei capelli. Location pessima, sporca, puzzolente da morire. Il mobilio è pieno di capelli, di chissà quando, di chissà chi, sempre che non siano i peli dei due cani che circolano nel salone. Credo che la titolare non tenga neanche un'agenda degli appuntamenti, visto che ti guarda come se tu fossi entrata per disturbare qualcosa. Chiacchiera con altre clienti, con toni decisamente non pacati e con parolacce a non finire, giusto per mettere i clienti a loro agio ? ovviamente l'uso di un timer o quantomeno un'occhiata all'orologio è un optional, per cui tiene decoloranti e tinte con tempistiche a caso, quindi si esce da lì con i capelli bruciati e con un colore che nn c'entra assolutamente niente con quello che si voleva fare. Io dovevo schiarire il mio shatush, invece mi sono ritrovata una testa a macchie bianche, giallo canarino e arancioni. Mi sono tolta l'asciugamano dalla testa, ho visto quella roba, mi sono alzata e me ne sono andata... Sì, con i capelli bagnati senza neanche una pettinata. E come detto prima, sono scappata da un altro parrucchiere per farmi sistemare. NON ANDATE IN QUESTO SALONE. Aggiungerei: QUALCUNO FACCIA CHIUDERE QUESTO SALONE. As soon as I got out of there I had to run away from another hairdresser to make me fix up the mess that the incompetence of this salon had made on my hair. Location bad, dirty, smelly to die. The furniture is full of hair, who knows when, who knows who, unless it is the hair of the two dogs that circulate in the living room. I believe that the owner does not even keep a diary of appointments, since she looks at you as if you had entered to disturb something. Chatting with other customers, with decidedly un-calm tones and never-ending bad words, just to put customers at ease io obviously the use of a timer or at least a look at the watch is an optional, for which it holds bleaches and dyed at random times, then you get out of there with your hair burned and with a color that has absolutely nothing to do with what you wanted to do. I had to clear my shatush, instead I found myself with a head of white, canary yellow and orange spots. I took the towel off my head, saw that stuff, got up and left ... Yes, with wet hair without even a comb. And as I said before, I ran away from another hairdresser to get me settled. DO NOT STAY IN THIS ROOM. I would add: SOMEONE FACE CLOSE THIS SALON.
N	Nadia Albertario on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono organizzati, prendono più appuntamenti di quelli che riescono a gestire (sono solo in 2) e spesso interrompono per andare nel retro a fumare. Ero già stata altre 2 volte, tempi di attesa sempre lunghetti, però dalla parrucchiera ci sta.... L'ultima volta attesa di 3 ore, dovevo fare taglio e colore (ho i capelli ricci e non doveva fare la piega ma l'asciugatura con il phon senza spazzola, perciò una cosa veloce). Il taglio è stato frettoloso e meno di quanto avevo richiesto. Cordialità poca, sembra quasi gli si dia fastidio. Non lo consiglio They are not organized, they make more appointments than they can handle (there are only 2 of them) and often interrupt to go to the back for a smoke. The last time I waited for 3 hours, I had to cut and color (I have curly hair and did not have to do the styling but the blow-drying without a brush, so it was quick). Si vede subito, nel momento in cui si deve autogestire la propria capigliatura, che la parrucchiera sa fare molto bene il suo lavoro! Non ci sono ciocche in disordine o che "sparano", capelli ordinati ed armonici. Personale gentile. Aspetto tranquillamente anche ritardo di un ora in quanto consapevole del risultato finale. Perfect cut. The hair remains in place even after having washed it independently. You can see immediately, when you have to self-manage your hair, that the hairdresser knows how to do her job very well! There are no locks in disorder or "shooting", orderly and harmonious hair. Friendly staff. I wait quietly even one hour late as I am aware of the final result.
D	Dionisa Canaku on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lavoro eseguito a mio parere con poca professionalità per quanto riguarda il lavoro richiesto cioè taglio e poi balayage..avevo fretta perché dovevo partire ma mi sono trovata con il colore castano e ciocche che viravano all'arancione /giallo sotto i capelli ...diciamo che devo spostare i capelli per farlo vedere il risultato, almeno nel complesso il danno non si nota ma ripeto questo non è il vero balayage..la tecnica adottata era sbagliata !! E anche a fine piega uno spruzzo veloce di lacca per paura di finirlo ...tant'é che la piega già il giorno dopo non esisteva più! A	ARIANNA MARIA ARRIGONI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Male Male...La titolare è bravissima a pettinare ma la gestione del salone è al di la del bene e del male....pur con appuntamento(anche il primo della mattina!!!!) devi aspettare ore prima di essere trattata. Cosi non va bene. Ognuno ha i propri bisogni e tempi e l'appuntamento non deve essere un'"indicazione di massima"..dieci minuti non han mai fatto male a nessuno ma 30/45/60 minuti di attesa(e solo perche a quel punto me ne andavo) ogni volta no... Bad Bad ... The owner is very good at combing but the management of the salon is beyond good and evil .... even with an appointment (even the first of the morning !!!!) you have to wait hours before being treated . This is not good. Everyone has their own needs and times and the appointment must not be a "general indication" .. ten minutes never hurt anyone but 30/45/60 minutes of waiting (and only because at that point I I went) every time not ...

M	Martah Antunes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible!!!!! The most horrible experience of my life! DO NOT GO THERE! I booked and paid for 4 times with a really nice discount on Grupon. Booked for 1pm. I arrived there. There was 9 ladies waiting and only 1 hairdresser! She tells you to wait. Then she washes one. Then she goes leaves you there and dries the other.. I arrived at 12:50. I waited for 1 hour! Just there! Waiting!!! She didnt say “sorry”, she didn’t justify! When I confronted her she said the person that should help her was late. So I decided to give her a second chance after I lost my lunch time for NOTHING! Went back there at 18:20. It was 20:06 I was still waiting. No justification no nothing. DO NOT GO THERE!!! She was even asking the girls to dry their own hairs!!!! ?????????? I’m not going back there not even after I paid for 4 times. So hope this review can safe you on time!
