Finale ..capello con taglio bellissimo, peccato per il colore , completamente bionda ... un biondo/ giallo, capelli bruciati per poco non sono scoppiata a piangere ..!! E il conto più che salato... Mi disse che se non mi piaceva sarei potuta tornare e fare un bagno di colore , per coprire un po'...senza spendere nulla ... ma sinceramente ... son scappata e non sono più tornata e la ricordo come una delle esperienze più brutte a Milano per quel che riguarda i parrucchieri !! Trovo che i prodotti che usano siano molto buoni e io lo posso dire bene poichè faccio sia il colore che i colpi di sole e ho i capelli sanissimi. L'ambiente è sempre molto rilassante e divertente. I titolari e le lavoranti sempre gentilissimi... Cioè 30€!!!!!! E poi il bello è che il titolare (credo) ha avuto la faccia tosta di venire e dire alla cassiera di farmi lo sconto.. POSTO DA EVITARE! Hallucinating experience, ok the hairdresser who served me shows that she puts passion into her work .. but please only the haircut (shaving on the sides and thinning above) without shampoo 30 €! Mi sono ritrovata con capelli scalati, molto corti e mal tagliati: ci sono ciuffi più lunghi e più corti sparsi senza alcun criterio. L'ho fatto notare al mio parrucchiere che con arroganza ha detto che ero io a non capire la sua "arte". La titolare ancora più presuntuosa non ha nemmeno voluto ascoltare la mia posizione. Trovo questo atteggiamento poco professionale, assolutamente maleducato ed arrogante. Sconsiglio vivamente questo posto, che inoltre,- oltre al danno anche la beffa- è pure costosissimo: 100 euro per un taglio. Davvero mai più. Really bad. G	Greta Mastrangelo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rovinata. Porto i capelli molto lunghi, li spunto regolarmente ogni 6 mesi di 2 cm. Avevo richiesto il medesimo taglio quando mi sono recata da Servegnini. I miei capelli sono stati tagliati di 10 cm e in maniera completamente irregolare e asimmetrica. Tanto che le due metà della testa hanno lunghezze completamente differenti, come si può vedere dalla foto. L'ho fatto presente e mi è stato risposto dapprima telefonicamente in modo sgarbato dalla titolare, che semplicemente non era possibile che i suoi ragazzi sbagliassero e ha riattaccato il telefono, dicendo che non aveva tempo da perdere. Successivamente quando mi sono presentata in negozio, è stato solo parzialmente ammesso l'errore, sminuendolo con presunzione e deridendomi e l'unica proposta fatta è stata di tagliarli ulteriormente, via chiaramente impercorribile. Il risultato sono capelli completamente rovinati e irrecuperabili. Posso accettare l'errore e capirlo, ma il fatto che non venga ammesso davanti all'evidenza è davvero poco professionale. Sono 15 anni che porto i capelli in questo modo, ho cambiato molte città, ma un'esperienza così spiacevole non mi era davvero mai capitata. Ruined. I've been wearing hair like this for 15 years, I've changed many cities, but such an unpleasant experience had never really happened to me.
