Mi hanno rovinato i capelli, fatto un taglio che neanche loro sapevano asciugare con la piega, avevo pure un buco dietroche si vedeva parecchio. Inaccettabile. Mi avevano detto di tornare entro qualche settimana per sistemare il taglio ma non metterò mai più piede in quel posto, neanche per una piega. Oltre ad essere poco preparati, sono pure carissimi. Io non ho nessun problema a spendere per i capelli, ma voglio risultati soddisfacenti, ho invece aveto difficoltà ad uscire di casa per qualche mese. Adesso mi toccherà aspettare anni per riavere i miei capelli di prima perchè erano parecchi lunghi. Servizio vergognoso. This salon deserves the worst cut ever received. Spesso ci sono offerte, per esempio in occasione del compleanno di ciascun cliente. Non uscirete dal loro negozio con un 'grillo per la testa'. Non c'è rispetto per i desideri del cliente né per il capello lungo (sacro santo), qui tagliano e basta. Basta guardare i capelli della proprietaria del negozio per capire che il taglio non è il loro forte! Tagliare i capelli lunghi delle altre non farà crescere i tuoi Federica! Federica e Sergio gestiscono il salone con grande professionalità e cortesia. Ottimo il taglio ed il colore. Perfetta l'attenzione alla cura del capello. Ora è diventato il parrucchiere di riferimento di tutta la famiglia. Consigliato As soon as I moved to Milan I went to the first hairdresser I found ... The one downstairs ... And I was lucky. Federica and Sergio manage the salon with great professionalism and courtesy. Excellent cut and color. Perfect attention to hair care. It has now become the go-to hairdresser for the whole family. Ho chiesto i capelli mossi , la ragazza mi ha proposto di fare con il ferro . Alla fine dopo un ora ho i capelli ne lisci ne mossi sempre che mi sono alzata dal letto non pettinata . In più ho pagato 25€ .

Personale scortese, ho chiamato per prendere appuntamento e quando mi sono presentata avevano dimenticato di segnarlo e ho dovuto riprenderlo. Il ragazzo che me li ha tagliati voleva vendermi la GHD e dopo aver messo un prodotto strano prima di usarla mi stava letteralmente bruciando i capelli (c’era proprio puzza di bruciato). Cortesia pari a zero. 50€ spesi malissimo. Bad, I asked for the simplest cut (to trim the hair straight and even) and I found myself with long hair equal and asymmetrical. Rude staff, I called to make an appointment and when I showed up they forgot to write it down and I had to take it back. The guy who cut them wanted to sell me the GHD and after putting on a strange product before using it he was literally burning my hair (it really smelled like burning). Zero courtesy. 50 € very badly spent.
