Purtroppo siamo sempre tutti di corsa e di fretta e potrebbe essere un modo anche per ottimizzare i tempi per le clienti!

 Fair prices, professional staff, friendly and helpful! It would be nice and functional while waiting for the color to be laid to have a service to do simple manicure without gel! Unfortunately, we are always in a hurry and it could also be a way to optimize time for customers!
Satisfied anyway!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo l'ultimo shampoo+taglio effettuato circa 40 giorni fa, l'altro giorno sono tornato per usufruire del medesimo servizio. In poco più di 1 mese il costo è schizzato di colpo da 12€ a 15€, ossia un rincaro del 25% !!! Nulla da eccepire sul servizio, ma un tale rincaro mi sembra veramente eccessivo. Capisco un piccolo ritocco, ma qui si è esagerato. Va anche a loro discapito poichè, essendo un servizio non di primaria necessità, se prima ne usufruivo ogni 30..40 giorni, adesso lo farò ogni 2 mesi o più, se i capelli diventeranno più lunghi e un pò in disordine pazienza, farò finta di non vederli.
After the last shampoo + cut made about 40 days ago, the other day I came back to use the same service. In just over 1 month the cost jumped from € 12 to € 15, which is a 25% increase !!! Nothing to complain about the service, but such an increase seems to me really excessive. I understand a little tweaking, but here it has gone too far. It also goes to their detriment as, being a service not of primary necessity, if I used it every 30..40 days before, now I will do it every 2 months or more, if the hair becomes longer and a little messy patience, I'll pretend not to see them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted just a bowl cut (i have curly/wavy hair) so it's an easy cut. They couldn't speak even a word in english so i showed them a picture from my last haircut. Now my hair has not the same length at both sides and the front and it is also bad faded + it wasn't a bowl cut. If u don't speak Italian i don't recommend at all. But it's really cheap so probably i expected too much :/ still, i won't go there again.
But I need to add, they were nice and kind
