A	Alex Ceccotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver visto l'immobile 2 volte e aver visionato i documenti in agenzia (ne mancava 1 tra l'altro), vengo a sapere che la proprietà non accetta proposte vincolate all'approvazione del mutuo. Già questo dovrebbe far capire la mancanza di professionalità dell'agenzia, che dovrebbe chiedere questa informazione fin da subito. Ma questi sono solo i fatti accertati. Il mio presentimento (non verificato) è che uno degli agenti immobiliari (non so se era il titolare) abbia fatto opera di convincimento verso la proprietà per non far accettare la proposta vincolata al mutuo. Lo deduco dai discorsi a dir poco ridicoli tenuti il giorno prima in agenzia. In sostanza, trattati come dei pezzenti da un agente immobiliare che non ha avuto neanche la decenza di darmi la notizia chiamandomi direttamente. Dispiace per gli sfortunati colleghi. My (unverified) premonition is that one of the real estate agents (I don't know if he was the owner) has done work to persuade the property to not accept the proposal bound to the mortgage. I deduce this from the ridiculous speeches held the day before at the agency. Basically, treated like beggars by a real estate agent who didn't even have the decency to break the news by calling me directly. Sorry for the unfortunate colleagues.
