★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good, from amuse-bouche to desert. We went twice in a row. Restaurant clearly has Michelin star ambitions, they would deserve it. Tip: go there before they get it, we came in now without a reservation.
Minor suggestion for improvement: consider taking the coats in, so guests do not need to put them over their chairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely very fancy, accordingly expensive and great service. The taste just wasn‘t impressive. All was good, but nothing stood out. The pork specifically didn’t impress at it was excessively salty. Maybe that‘s on purpose, but we didn’t like it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed our lunch so much, we returned for dinner. Everything was outstanding - the best food of our week-long vacation in Sicily. The pasta with sardines and the cannelloni were our favorite dishes, but everything was amazing. The service was wonderful and the location was on a quiet side street. Highly recommend!

Full marks. The location is good, in the center of Taormina, but away from the high flow of people. Friendly and competent staff. Excellent presentation of the tables and dishes. An apotheosis of taste and delicacy. Delicate tuna tartare, spiced with ginger. Shrimp that makes you feel the sea. Pasta with sardines and squid with sea urchins. A delicacy. After three weeks of dining in the area this is the best restaurant we have tried. A good wine list and particular attention to anti-covid regulations. Everything perfect, highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best high-end restaurant we tried on our trip to Sicily. All dishes from "compliments from the chef" to our main/pasta dishes were exquisite. The wine list has a lot of great choices of local Sicilian wine. The service is great as well.
