★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had food at Gambero Rosso twice in our short stay in Taormina, once for lunch and another time for dinner. We had lasagna, macharoni a la norma and ravioli among other platters. I had the lasagna and ravioli, which were both super delicious. Best of all were the desserts: cassata siciliana and tartufo nociola, which were out of this world! A must try!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gambero Rosso is one of the best restaurants in Taormina!
We just got there accidentally cause of an amazing opera singer. So we decided to eat and we don't regret it at all! The quality of the food, the service and the location are wonderful - the opera singer came back a few days later ;)
We ordered a traditional lasagne, pasta carbonara, caprese, insalata mista and panna cotta - delicious! We also had a great rosé wine from Etna.
We can highly recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service with a smile even though very busy. Linguine with lobster was good. Pan fried fresh sea bass with a caper and tomato sauce was even better. Lovely atmosphere. Very well priced. Accept walk ins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pleasant visit to a family restaurant. At first there was no tables. One lady told us, give us a couple of minutes, and came back with two glasses of bubbles. All smiles from us and from them. Service was great, we were served by the daughter, the mom and auntie were also serving other tables. Food is very good, wine also. Reasonable priced. Recommended.
