H	Haruna Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is in a good location. Close to the city center. View from the hotel was amazing. The breakfast was simple but tasty and the view from breakfast venue was spectacular. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would choose this hotel again when I have a chance to come back.
P	Pam Marr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we felt they could help us with any questions we had or anything we needed. The daily shuttle bus service to the Beach Club was a great bonus as it was nice to cool down there in the heat of the day. Staff here were also very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself could perhaps do with a little updating and the restaurant on the top floor was a little bit lacking in space but somehow even these two things added to the charm.
P	Patrice Morin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, the room view is as expected; the Etna and the sea. Perfect location in the city; closed to the Main Street, easy to reach by car, next to the city garden. The breakfast on the rooftop offers also a fantastic view. Very nice and helpful staff all day/night. The room is not large, the furniture are as old as the building; but the location, the history and the view is priceless.

M	Mihau Belvedere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The area where the Hotel is located is perfect. We had the "low budget" room No.103. The interior of the bedroom was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. But then the disappointment came. The bathroom had partly black mold on the wall. Nothing for guests with breath issues. They should choose the high price room to have a nice visit in Taormina. (For us it was okay, because anyway, we stayed just one night there) The service was OK. Nothing special if you choose the low budget room. (More information and recommendations about the area would be nice) We will think about it to book this Hotel once again.

The room was super comfortable. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The food and selection was great. All the staff we engaged with, were very pleasant and helpful. The location is also perfect. This is a special place. Lots of history, charm and warmth. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again. We loved this hotel. Joel and Jackie Strauss
G	Gus Katsinis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheating! They hotel its own is fair, but nothing special for 100usd. Be awared that they re cheating with the municipal tax! We booked a room from hotel's site cause it was a better price than booking. The site were CLEARLY SAYING (you can check it out even now) that ALL TAXES WERE INCLUDING and the price were definitely the final. During our check out the woman in reception told us he had to pay mpre 10usd about it and when i told her thats a cheating she told me thats the first time that happens to her! Its the first time which happens to me madam! And you have the responsibility of that, not me. Ciao ciao.

It is my first time to be in Sicily and this is our first hotel! I worried about so many things and hotel was one of them because I usually traveled big city(like city with Marriott, Hilton etc). Even when I was in Bodrum there is Marriott(Edition). When I chose this hotel for me and my 7yo daughter, honestly i thought it would be nice budget hotel with view. But no way. It is way better that that! Hotel has renovated (I guess), they’ve done really great job! Mixture modern and antique!! Room is super clean and beautiful. View from room (also breakfast area on top) is fabulous and most of all the staff are super nice! Hotel itself 5 out of 5, staff 10 out of 5. If you want to enjoy view from your hotel room spend some money (not choose basic room). Even though you spend most of times outside while you are traveling, this hotel should be nice because it is super close from everything!
