D	Dina Graziano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo potuto far soggiornare in questa struttura mia suocera per alcuni mesi in modo da dare del sollievo a mio suocero che la segue tutto l’anno, devo dire che il personale è stato con noi molto accogliente. Una cosa che ci ha fatto molto piacere sono stati gli orari di visita molto ampi per cui mio suocero con i mezzi pubblici poteva da solo raggiungere la struttura e passare i pomeriggi con lei nel grande parco. We were able to have my mother-in-law stay in this structure for a few months so as to give relief to my father-in-law who follows her all year, I must say that the staff was very welcoming with us. One thing that made us very happy was the very wide visiting hours so my father-in-law with public transport could on his own reach the hotel and spend the afternoons with her in the large park.

La struttura è ben tenuta e pulita, tutto il personale attento, preparato e sempre presente anche in un periodo come l’ultimo anno. Un grande vantaggio è la presenza di medici tutti i giorni e la loro disponibilità a un confronto continuo. I don't understand the negative reviews. Le conseguenze nel caso non lo sapeste sono le piaghe e se le piaghe non vengono curate, parte l'infezione. Ed è per quello che hanno fatto morire la mia nonna. Credo non abbiano abbastanza personale, ma questo non giustifica il fatto che non seguano gli anziani correttamente! Poi c è da dire che mia mamma usava abiti di altre persone!!! Insomma, per farla breve, per me è un posto negativo dove non bisognerebbe portare nessun genitore! Bad experience! My mom was there for about a month, they had to rehabilitate her and make her walk… .but it wasn't like that! Always bedridden or sitting !!! I think they don't have enough staff, but that doesn't justify their not following the elders properly! Then there is to say that my mom used other people's clothes !!! F	Franca Arfinengo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono rimasta basita....a parte qualche oss gentile...un fioterapista che fa' ciò che può...e qualche infermiera umana... c'è una disorganizzazione senza senso... farmaci portati dai parenti persi....e non si capisce che terapie somministrano....ho portato a casa mia mamma...la vedevo deperire giorno per giorno.... assistenza medica inesistente... insomma dalla speranza di un aiuto...ad una grande delusione I was stunned .... apart from some kind obs ... a phyotherapist who does what he can ... and some human nurses ... there is a senseless disorganization ... drugs brought by lost relatives .. ... and it is not clear what therapies they administer .... Durante la permanenza ho trovato tutto il personale (medico, infermieristico e assistenziale) sempre gentile, disponibile e soprattutto attento. Costantemente mi informavano sullo stato di salute di mio papà, cosa che di quest’ultimi tempi, con quello che si sente, non è scontata. Venivo sia chiamato dal personale per ricevere aggiornamenti, e anche quando chiamavo io, trovavo sempre qualcuno di disponibile. Inoltre la struttura è provvista di un bellissimo parco dove mio papà poteva passeggiare in tutta sicurezza. Sicuramente se in futuro dovessi aver bisogno per un mio familiare o anche per un conoscente, non mancherò di ricontattare o raccomandare Ville Roddolo. Ringrazio ancora tutto il personale per il tempo che ci hanno dedicato. I needed a hospitalization for my dad at the Ville Roddolo facility. During my stay I found all the staff (doctors, nurses and assistance) always polite, helpful and above all attentive. They constantly informed me about my dad's state of health, something that in recent times, with what we hear, is not taken for granted. I was both called by the staff to receive updates, and even when I called, I always found someone available. In addition, the structure has a beautiful park where my dad could walk safely. Surely if in the future I should need for a family member or even an acquaintance, I will not fail to contact or recommend Ville Roddolo. Thanks again to all the staff for the time they have dedicated to us.

Il personale sanitario è professionale e disponibile e sta seguendo mia mamma in maniera scrupolosa e attenta. Consistente presenza quotidiana dei medici che garantiscono informazioni puntuali e precise. Ottima l’organizzazione delle visite parenti. Very nice structure inserted in a green and very large park. The healthcare staff is professional and helpful and is following my mother scrupulously and attentively. Consistent daily presence of doctors who guarantee timely and accurate information.
