Abbiamo avuto una nostra parente ricoverata qua dal mese di settembre e purtroppo oggi non di nostra decisione estata dimessa dalla struttura.Purtroppo abbiamo capito che hanno causato loro il nervosismo alla nostra parente non dandole le terapie assegnate ,l'hanno portata in piena crisi e confusione .Vi ringrazio per non aver voluto più tenere la paziente ,siete riusciti a metterla fuori ma il problema non eche lei e malata il problema e che controllando il sacchetto delle sue terapie abbiamo visto che erano tutte lì . Chi ci rimette e mi dispiace tanto è la mia cara zia che voi non avete saputo gestire.....Se non eravarein grado a settembre non dovevate accettarla

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desidero esprimere "motivato apprezzamento" per questa struttura, nella quale per gli ultimi nove mesi una mia parente ha trovato ospitalità.
Sono "riconoscente e grata" di aver trovato in questa struttura un personale qualificato, professionale, attento nel prendersi cura degli ospiti, con l'aggiunta di "gentilezza, cortesia, empatia, compassione," qualità che non sempre si riscontrano.
