★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a beautiful place, you walk a lot to get from one pool to the other (but the view is amazing so this is a plus), but pools are warm and nice. The only complaint I can give is children, too many children in every pool even though they have an assigned area where they can play. This lowered the level of relax a lot. There was not enough stuff in every pool to control the number of people entering so they were always overcrowded even if the covid-19 restrictions are in place. I couldn't try every pool because of the overcrowding which is a shame!
Some attractions were closed which I wanted to try, so maybe this type of information should be disclosed by the Villagio in advance. The slides are very fun, and the only place I can accept seeing children.
The prices at the bar for coffe and ice-cream are fair for now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place would be nice, but it is quite disorganized. Actually bookings are required but it is not stated clearly in the website. In addition to this, it has been absutely impossible to do a booking: nobody answered to the phone, nobody answered to the emails, nobody answered to the chat on fb.
We ended up driving all the way there and they sent us away. Sorry, not impressed.
