Meglio definire tutto prima e con chiarezza soprattutto per camera da 2 date per 4 persone...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente piacevole, ma la ristorazione non merita tutto il sacrificio che richiede per arrivare in quel posto disperso, piatti miseri e non curati per far si che si possa ritornare. Non vale la pena tornarci, c'è di meglio altrove.
Pleasant environment, but the restaurant does not deserve all the sacrifice it requires to arrive in that lost place, miserable and untreated dishes to make it possible to return. It is not worth going back, there is better elsewhere.

Environment immersed in a bursting nature. Well-equipped, modern and comfortable rooms. We stayed with excellent vegetarian and organic local cuisine, refined and tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima location, molto tranquillo e immerso nei colli bolognesi. Colazione naturale e dolci fatti in casa, buoni.
Peccato che nei giorni più caldi dell'anno il condizionatore nelke stanze sia rotto.. e ci sia qualche ragnatela in più..
Del resto la gentilezza non manca.
Beautiful location, very quiet and immersed in the Bolognese hills. Natural breakfast and homemade desserts, good.
Too bad that in the hottest days of the year the air conditioner in the rooms is broken .. and there is a few more cobwebs ..
After all, kindness is not lacking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza complessiva super, non vedo l' ora di tornarci ?
La LOCATION è spaziosa e magnifica, si trova nel bel mezzo della natura lontana da ogni rumore urbano, l' aria è pulita e ci sono anche sentieri in cui fare hiking nelle vicinanze (2/300 metri).
Le CAMERE sono pulite, accessoriate e nuove, sembrava di essere a casa.
Gino e Carla sono l' accoppiata perfetta per completare l' esperienza.
GINO è un Signore molto simpatico e squisito che ti rallegra con la sua presenza e le sue storie. Poi è esageratamente disponibile, qualunque richiesta gli farai lui farà il massimo per soddisfarla.
CARLA è una super chef, fa dei piatti Squisiti e super healthy, alcuni piatti sembravano usciti da un ristorante stellato..
La cosa fantastica è che tutto quello che mangerai è coltivato e fatto direttamente da loro, quindi tutti prodotti Bio e prevalentemente vegetali ?
Poi ho visto alcune ricette (persino l' acqua) mai viste che proverò a replicare sicuramente a casa, ma non vi svelo la sorpresa.

The LOCATION is spacious and magnificent, it is located in the middle of nature away from any urban noise, the air is clean and there are also paths for hiking nearby (2/300 meters).
The ROOMS are clean, equipped and new, it felt like home.
Gino and Carla are the perfect match to complete the experience.
GINO is a very nice and exquisite gentleman who makes you happy with his presence and his stories. Then he is exaggeratedly available, whatever request you make him he will do his best to satisfy it.
CARLA is a super chef, she makes exquisite and super healthy dishes, some dishes seemed to come from a starred restaurant ..
The fantastic thing is that everything you eat is grown and made directly by them, so all organic and mainly vegetable products ?
Then I saw some recipes (even water) never seen before that I will certainly try to replicate at home, but I will not reveal the surprise.
