Servizio impeccabile, in lontananza vedo un tavolo col il vino lasciato a respirare prima dell’arrivo del cliente (che avra’ chiamato prima), qua il vino lo prendonp sul serio.
Finiscono le crescentine e neanche devi chiederle che sono gia’ li’.
La cameriere si era accorta che il terzo commensale non aveva preso niente al giro degli amari e le ha portato un biscottino.
I dettagli fanno la differenza.
 Crescentine at the top, grilled poultry seen only passing by but it looks great (and grilled).
Impeccable service, in the distance I see a table with the wine left to breathe before the arrival of the customer (who will have called earlier), here I take wine seriously.
The crescentine ends and you don't even have to ask her that they are already there.
The waiter realized that the third diner hadn't taken anything from the bitters and brought her a biscuit.
The details make the difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima osteria, sono finito ha mangiare in questa osteria sotto consiglio del host della mia casa vacanza, premetto che la mia recensione è su un servizio a menù fisso pasquale. il posto è davvero carino, con vista su Bologna e dall'altra le colline a un quarto d'ora di macchina dalla città, ottimi gli antipasti unico neo del pranzo il friggione, era quello più acetico tra i tre che ho assaggiato nella mia visita a Bologna, ma vabbè tutto il resto buonissimo, servizio buono camerieri sempre presenti e gentilissimi, un po' di ritardo dovuto all'alternanza di turni ma a Pasqua è più che normale, conto buono penso che anche alla carta sia nella media

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really beautiful views of the t9wn of bologna. Nice meats and great handmade pasta. The bolognese ragu is delicious. Desserts are also really nice, loved the crema catalana crostata

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here exceeded expectations. Easily some of the best grilled vegetables we've had. The white truffle was mild but aromatic. The wagyu steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant.
We had some questions about the tomino cheese. We had only had fresh tomino before, so the aged and grilled brie like tomino was a surprise. Il capo/ the boss came out and explained everything calmly and respectfully. He handled our ignorance well.
Thank you to the full staff for a wonderful evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice and intimate food experience. Chef Daniel came by multiple times to translate, advice but also have conversation. The rest of the staff were friendly. Little did we know was that this would be a treat that we will cherish. The food was amazing. Local and seasonal handmade pasta by the nonna. Nice view over Bologna. Highly recommended.
