Un po’ complicata la prenotazione attraverso le linee telefoniche che presentano alcuni problemi. I used a Smartbox, the place is very nice and the experience was pleasant. Personale giovane molto preparato.ho usufruito di una visita nutrizionale dove ho conosciuto il dottore Stefano Mattu, un professionista. Peccato che io e il mio compagno abbiamo cercato di contattare la struttura almeno cinquanta volte in un mese per parlare con un operatore e prenotare e nessuno si sia mai degnato di rispondere sia per mail che per telefono. Ogni volta che ho chiamato hanno staccato il telefono o messo in attesa per oltre dieci minuti più e più volte, qualsiasi fosse il giorno o l'orario. Mi è venuto più stress per cercare di prenotare una giornata rilassante alle terme di quanto me ne sia venuto andando a lavorare! Non credo sia questo il modo di trattare le persone. I have been to this property several times over the years and have always enjoyed it. Too bad that my partner and I have tried to contact the structure at least fifty times in a month to speak with an operator and book and no one has ever deigned to answer either by email or by phone. Every time I called they unplugged the phone or put it on hold for over ten minutes over and over again, whatever the day or time. I got more stress from trying to book a relaxing day at the spa than I got from going to work! I don't think that's the way to treat people.

Personale cordialissimo, possibilità di pernottare sul posto in splendidi casolari diffusi e di cenare al ristorante interno. Consigliato per un fine settimana di relax tra la pace dei colli Excellent spa facility about an hour's drive from Bologna. Very cordial staff, possibility to stay overnight on site in splendid diffused farmhouses and to dine at the internal restaurant. Recommended for a relaxing weekend in the peace of the hills
B	BIBIS TEAM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo conosciuto il centro grazie al bonus terme (sapevamo della ottima offerta estiva, ma non l'abbiamo ancora sperimentata) e siamo rimasti davvero molto contenti, sicuramente torneremo. Bella la sauna, peccato per l'hammam inagibile causa restrizioni covid (ovviamente non è colpa loro), suggestiva la piscina con la possibilità anche in pieno inverno di avere una piccola parte all'aperto.Un ringraziamento particolare a tutte le ragazze che ci hanno seguito durante le nostre giornate termali : tutte molto gentili, in reception come nella zona dei bagni di sole, e nella zona massaggi. Bravissime. Unico neo purtroppo gli spogliatoi: piccoli, nelle ore di maggior afflusso trovare un angolino per cambiarsi può essere non sempre agevole. Ma del resto davvero molto soddisfatti.
