R	Roberto Morata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa settimana purtroppo mia mamma 82 enne è stata trattata malamente dall'addetta alla reception del primo piano che l'ha messa in forte disagio. L'unico mio dispiacere è di non essere stato presente per rispondere adeguatamente al comportamento poco professionale del personale. Unfortunately this week my 82 year old mother was treated badly by the receptionist on the first floor which made her very uncomfortable. My only regret is that I was not present to respond adequately to the unprofessional behavior of the staff.
F	Francesco Botta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutta esperienza con Medico chirurgo specialista in fisioterapia appuntamento preso in seguito ad frattura , laddove si richiedono cure fisiatriche , persona scorbutica senza neppure un briciolo di educazione alla richiesta di domande lecite su come queste terapie verranno eseguite rispondeva in modo sgarbato a dir poco scocciato , una struttura cosi importante dovrebbe prendere provvedimenti immediati verso persone professioniste che altro non dovrebbero fare che coccolare il cliente invece di farli scappare ..... molto deluso mi sono rivolto altrove Bad experience with surgeon specialist in physiotherapy appointment made following a fracture, where physiatric treatment is required, grumpy person without even a shred of education to the request for legitimate questions about how these therapies will be performed he answered in a rude way to say the least annoyed, such an important structure should take immediate measures towards professional people who should do nothing but pamper the client instead of making them run away ..... a lot disappointed I turned elsewhere
m	maria ferro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che il personale è altamente preparato, sempre gentile e disponibile, purtroppo non posso ritenere una struttura che ne vale la pena visitare. Ho fatto dei massaggi che dovevano essere "rilassanti" ma dato che le cabine sono tutte aperte in alto sono molto rumorose. Si sente tutto :compressori, chiacchiere su cosa è stata la cena del giorno prima etc etc.... Mi dispiace perché I massaggiatori sono bravi. I state that the staff is highly trained, always polite and helpful, unfortunately I cannot consider a structure that is worth visiting. I had massages which were supposed to be "relaxing" but as the cabins are all open at the top they are very noisy. You can hear everything: compressors, chat about what was dinner the day before etc etc .... I'm sorry because the masseurs are good.

Problemi individuati dalla dottoressa Neri e dal fisioterapista dott. Luca Capellini, ho seguito un programma riabilitativo posturale seguita sempre dal dottor Luca ,anche in piscina, attento e professionale gentile e comprensivo, grazie a lui sono sensibilmente migliorata, consiglio assolutamente!!!!! Luca mi ha permesso di ridurre al minimo un deficit funzionale per il quale lo stesso neurochirurgo è rimasto stupito positivamente. Fresh from demanding surgeries, I had the best possible assistance at the Terme Felsinee. Problems identified by Dr. Neri and the physiotherapist Dr. Luca Capellini, I followed a postural rehabilitation program always followed by Dr. Luca, even in the pool, attentive and professional, kind and understanding, thanks to him I have improved significantly, I absolutely recommend !!!!! Luca allowed me to minimize a functional deficit for which the neurosurgeon himself was positively surprised.
g	giorgio gio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ le terme Felsinee sono un posto vecchio. sente il peso degli anni. scrostazioni e muffe nei muri. armadietti come nelle palestre degli anni 80. degna di nota Sara T. della palestra molto gentile e professionale. the Felsinee thermal baths are an old place. feels the weight of the years. peeling and mold in the walls. lockers like in the gyms of the 80s. worthy of note Sara T. of the gym very kind and professional.
