★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo lussuoso, ma non impegnativo, ottimo per vacanze sia estive che invernali, sia per l' isolamento termico sia per il raffreddamento, presenza di zanzariere, ottimo per vacanze con bambini ed adulti, disponibili innumerevoli posti letto, stanza giochi, area relax e tv con Sky, wifi, mini appartamento con camera e bagno privato, camera con tre letti singoli, camera da letto matrimoniale con il terzo letto e camera matrimoniale, riscaldamento a pavimento e condizionatori d'aria, bagni nuovi e moderni, cucina enorme e funzionale, tre ingressi più porte finestre, e balconcino interno, è un ottimo posto dove potersi rilassare in compagnia.
Si gode di un panorama fantastico,data la posizione su un piccolo poggio, si riesce a vedere nitidamente sia la montagna innevata che il mare, cortile esterno con grandi spazi aperti, che dire ..... con le persone giuste la permanenza non può che essere indimenticabile
Luxurious, but not demanding place, excellent for both summer and winter holidays, both for thermal insulation and for cooling, the presence of mosquito nets, excellent for holidays with children and adults, countless beds available, games room, relaxation area and TV with Sky, wifi, mini apartment with bedroom and private bathroom, bedroom with three single beds, double bedroom with third bed and double bedroom, underfloor heating and air conditioners, new and modern bathrooms, huge and functional kitchen, three entrances plus French windows, and internal balcony, is a great place to relax in company.
You can enjoy a fantastic panorama, given the position on a small hillock, you can clearly see both the snowy mountain and the sea, the external courtyard with large open spaces, what to say ..... with the right people the stay cannot than to be unforgettable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent 1 week in October with all our family (6 adults, 2 kids and 1 baby) on this beautiful house, very clean and with all amenities !
We really enjoyed the time around the Molise area with historic city like Vasto and Termoli, Abruze Mountains and Tremiti islands.
Thank you again to the owners of the house for the special attention to prepare everything for our stay.
